Learners! When we meet with somebody. It is very difficult to ask general things if we don't know the language. we generally don't know how we should ask questions, if we are talking with stranger or we are in other country.Here I am going to show you the few general things which we can ask in the starting of the conversation. Please read this conversation example and try to understand the actual feel of these conversation.
Deepak : What's your name?
Monika : My name is Monika. And your's?
Deepak : I am Deepak.
Monika : You speak Hindi very well.
Deepak : Bye da way, what's the time?
Monika : It is 2:30 P.M.
Deepak : Pardon me.
Monika : I said. It is 2:30 P.M.
Deepak : Thank you
Monika : You're welcome.
How to ask time in Hindi?
Deepak : What's your name?
Aapka naam kya hai? आपका नाम क्या है?
Monika : My name is Monika. And your's?
Mera naam monika hai. aur aapka? मेरा नाम मोनिका है। और आपका?
Deepak : I am Deepak.
Main deepak hoon. मैं दीपक हूँ।
Monika : You speak Hindi very well.
Aap hindi bahut achhi tarah bolte hain. आप हिन्दी बहुत अच्छी तरह बोलते हैं।
Deepak : Bye da way, what's the time?
Vaise, samay kya hua hai? वैसे, समय क्या हुआ है?
Monika : It is 2:30 P.M.
2 bajkar 30 minute hue hai. 2 बजकर 30 मिनट हुए है।
Deepak : Pardon me.
Maaf kijiye. माफ कीजिये
Monika : I said. It is 2:30 P.M.
Ji maine kaha, 2 bajkar 30 minute hue hai.जी मैंने कहा , 2 बजकर 30 मिनट हुए हैं।
Deepak : Thank you
Dhanyavaad. धन्यवाद।
Monika : You're welcome.
Aapka swagat hai. आपका स्वागत है।
Important point: In this example I have used "Ji" word which is used for politeness. so if you are saying "Yes" then you can say in Hindi "Ji haan".
